Ok my last Sodium acetate question?

one a video it shows the guy after evaporating it he puts it into a fridge as a liquid what does he do to make it liquified again?
put water in it?

i am gona mix bakeing soda and vinagar to get mine

Sodium Acetate is hygroscopic. If you put SA crystals in fridge, it will absorb moisture and again it will become viscous liquid...
Probably he didn't boil off all the water.
