Does anyone think that the U.S. capitalist ideology gone overboard with way too much commercialism?

tv has more commercials than programming, junk mail continues to waste a ton of paper and people's time and trash cans, spam and pop-ups are more annoying than ever, magazines are made for the advertisements, etc., etc., etc.

I tend to agree--but you do not have to respond to the invitations--you are free to ignore the come-ons. Live simply and thumb your nose at the lemmings.
