230/240 and 380/400 VAC MCB?

Can I use 380/400 VAC MCB (1 phase) for domestic 230/240 VAC ? What are the differences between those two designation?

you can , as long as the trip current is sufficient to your needs, those voltage ratings are the maximum that a circuit breaker is allowed to carry.
