How do you think the flying dutchman can submerge underwater?

i dont want any funny answers, please. nothing like 'oh, its magic'. i really want your scientific opinion on how the dutchman can submerge and go through the water like that. scientific or mechanical answers... okay, put it this way. if you were to build the flying dutchman in real life, how would you make it like it was in the movie so it could go through water? parts you'll need? anything?

Answer:
add fiberglas parts to a submarine
It's a CGI effect. If you tried it in "real" life, you might get it to submerge once, but getting it back up would be next to impossible.
