1.What are the types of large sized computers and medium sized computers?

large sized-----mainframe
medium sized------minicomputer
small sized--------microcomputer
medium size
The big computers is called a 'super computer'.
normal computers is called 'desktop computers'
and the small ones are laptops or even cellphones
Large computers are called mainframe computers. Very fast large computers are called supercomputers. An organized collection of many microcomputer chips (like 100s or 1000s of them) all networked together may also form a large super-computer. The world record holder for the fastest computer is held by one of these conglomerations.

Examples of mainframes (although very old ones) are the IBM-360 and the Cray-1 supercomputer. Both of these are obsolete, now, but there are many mainframe computers that are in use today, mainly for large business/banking applications.

Medium-sized computers are called mini-computers (as opposed to microcomputers, like the one you are typing on).

Examples of minicomputers are the Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) PDP-11 series of minicomputers. Some of these are actually still in use, today. My company just finished testing some NASA equipment used on the space shuttle, and the tester uses a PDP-11/44.
