What would be the most efficient glider design?..?

Specifications:

Max wingspan-28cm, Max wingwidth-10cm, Max glider length-20cm, Minimum weight-3g.
Will be dropped from a height of 10 feet, the point is to keep it in the air for the longest amount of time, so allowing it to yaw may be nice.

Any other info that may help me design this will be appreatiated.

If you can throw the glider, it would be beneficial to make a very streamlined and thin design.
If you procrastinate and have to do it in a few minutes, make a deltoid kite (just kidding).
