Would ethanol and or biodiesel exhaust increase the volatility of the earth's atmosphere making these products

more harmful to respiratory systems of mammals on earth?

Burning both biodiesel and ethanol will produce CO2 and H2O.
Biodiesel may not burn completely in an internal combustion engine so there would be some partially burned hydrocarbons.
It would not be more harmful.
I'm not too sure about ethanol, but biodiesel is very environmentally safe. My chemistry professor has a big biodiesel project that he has been working on for several years (he hasn't paid for gas in years). He says biodiesel is much more environment friendly and much more cost efficient.
