This means you are not resting, or relaxed. Your mind is not at ease about a situation, even if you don't know what it could be. I couldn't sleep for a week once, after awhile some years later, this happen again; but I remember what was told to me. I was told my sleep cycle would return once the situation was resolved in my mind. You might be rushing your mind body & spirit, to get over it the drama, and go to sleep, and it's saying wait! wait! I need time. ha ha smile if that's not the case try some chamomile tea, or Valarien for relaxtion, and you can even try melatonin for a week, only to regain your reg sleep cycle.
