Is it possible to learn how to lucid dream in 7 days without using a dream inducer machine?

i dont have enough money to buy a dream inducer

Why have you given yourself a deadline? Wouldn't you rather put in the required time and effort to do it "right" the first time, rather than to try to skip many steps and not get as much from the experience as you might if you took it one step at a time?
Try keeping a "dream log"...when you wake up, write down everything you can recall about what you've dreamt...every single detail, no matter how insignificant it may seem...everything. Also include your feelings (very important!) regarding the dream (or any aspect of it that seems to have an emotional effect on you). Do this every night/morning when you awake, and it's likely within seven days you will realize you've been having lucid dreams all along...(you've just had problems being able to recall them)...the dream log will help improve your dream recall and will also help you become a more "cognizant participant" when you dream.

Hope this helps!
