What is the life span of a country in relation to its people ?

Hypothetically, a country lifespan is measure by the social norms and its environments before it develops into socio-integrations with its neighbours.

A country will continue to evolve and embrace higher and more inclusive behavior as long as the majority of the individuals in that country continue to embrace the societal norms.

If individual behavior starts to skew societal behavior away from these established norms, and deviant political and/or personal behavior replace those norms, then the country may begin a long decline into oblivion.
